Third-Party Retail Services Workforce Combines GoSpotCheck by FORM + Customer Impact for Flexible Field Execution

FORM, the world’s first fully-integrated task management and image recognition platform for smarter retail execution, recently announced its partnership with Customer Impact, a third-party merchandising workforce operating in 100% of U.S. markets.

In the recently launched partnership, Customer Impact will use the GoSpotCheck by FORM app to help brands and retailers complete merchandising execution in 100% of U.S. markets.

Matt Holland, who recently joined FORM as Vice President and Head of Partnerships, leads the company’s first of many value-added offerings in its strategic partnership program.

Highly-qualified merchandising reps will use GoSpotCheck by FORM to complete surveys of displays, pricing, menus, and merchandising compliance at restaurants, bars, and other retail environments. Using industry-leading mobile data collection, photo reporting, and business intelligence technology, Customer Impact will deliver valuable insights into market share and positioning, merchandising compliance, and promotional placement using over 100,000 expert retail specialists. Every store visit can be complete within days of deployment and is reviewed for quality and accuracy by an in-house QA team at Customer Impact, resulting in quality, accuracy, and consistency every time.

Customer Impact has been using FORM’s solution since 2016 and the companies have partnered on a large volume of data collection initiatives for brands over the years. “We’ve paired the most experienced retail execution team with FORM’s award-winning app to deliver unparalleled retail insights in 100% of U.S. markets,” Customer Impact President Scott Hiller says. “Our partnership gives brands faster and easier ways to achieve their merchandising goals and provide the data they need to beat competitors.”

This partnership offers vital workforce resources to brands and retailers who need additional DSD support and field labor for in-market audits immediately. FORM customers can leverage this partnership to augment their existing workforce with retail specialists who offer a “feet-on-the-street” approach to execution and data collection.

FORM CMO Heather Larrabee sat down with Matt Holland to discuss his goals with the program.

“This partnership provides a fast, reliable way to gather critical insights at a very good value from trained experts,” shares Matt Holland. “Using FORM, Customer Impact helps our customers understand their position, compliance, pricing, and competitor activity in key markets, exactly when they need it, so they can achieve better outcomes.”
