Today is a big day for FORM.com! We acquired the GoSpotCheck  platform—the leading provider of mobile task management and image recognition software—in a carveout. GoSpotCheck team members will join the FORM.com team as part of the merger.

OUR CUSTOMER VISION

Business continuity and customer success are key for FORM.com CEO, Ali Moosani, who will lead the newly merged teams: “We are excited to bring GoSpotCheck’s technology, as well as its team members, to the FORM.com business. The innovation we’ll drive together will deepen the business impact we provide for our customers and define what’s possible in the low-code/no-code mobile data collection space.” GoSpotCheck leaders across key functions will continue to serve in leadership roles in the merged companies.

As a customer-centric leader, Moosani believes “we are partners in problem solving with our customers, and together we will define our metrics for success.”

ABOUT GOSPOTCHECK

GoSpotCheck was launched at Boulder Techstars by co-founders Matt Talbot, Samantha Holloway, and Joey Alfano and is based in Denver, Colorado. Since its founding, GoSpotCheck has been a trailblazer in digital transformation, mobile data capture, and business process automation. GoSpotCheck launched its now industry-leading image recognition technology to support growing needs for accurate and timely store-level operations data. “Leveraging mobile technology and advanced machine learning, image recognition helps frontline workers audit retail displays, coolers, shelves or menus using their mobile device cameras. As photos are taken, the machine learning engine identifies, categorizes, attributes, and analyzes products in seconds to deliver highly actionable data, optimize labor, and ultimately improve retail execution and sales performance,” says Ali Moosani, CEO of FORM.com.

GoSpotCheck’s co-founders will act as advisors to the FORM.com management team and experienced great synergy and a shared vision for customer success with Moosani and the FORM.com team: “We are extremely proud of the great product, incredible team, and amazing customer relationships we have forged over the last 9 years, says Matt Talbot, former GoSpotCheck CEO. “We believe the merger with FORM.com positions the team and customers for long term success.

INDUSTRY-SPECIFIC LOW-CODE/NO-CODE INNOVATION

FORM.com and GoSpotCheck serve customers in complementary sectors. Both have developed industry-specific capabilities to digitize processes for Consumer Goods, Hospitality & Restaurant, Retail, Facilities Management, Oil & Gas, and Healthcare and deliver business value.

FORM.com’s mobile data collection and workflows combined with GoSpotCheck’s mobile task management and image recognition capabilities uniquely position the team to help customers drive action, collect data in real time, and make better decisions faster within an end-to-end low-code/no-code platform.

WHAT CUSTOMERS CAN EXPECT

It is critical to Moosani and the FORM.com leadership team that the day-to-day experience remains consistent for customers using both products: “Our job is to enable our customers in their businesses and help them be successful. The talented teams they work with at GoSpotCheck and FORM.com are here and will continue to serve as trusted partners for their business,” says Moosani. The team will identify how capabilities from each product line can help customers solve business challenges through a review process that will include product demonstrations, trials of new features, and the creation of industry think tanks to inform the company’s product roadmap.
