Starting January 2022, users of the mobile app on iOS and Android, and Windows Desktop app received a host of exciting improvements. As part of the UI changes, the Tasks tab now has the “+ Start Form” on tablets and the “+” button on mobile. You may be thinking, just a button? But there’s more power to it than you think.

By clicking this new button, app users can trigger task creation and start a workflow right from the app—so you can work more quickly and resolve an issue on the spot, right on your device. Hit the button, report an issue or submit a request, and reassign a newly-created task based on your internal procedures. It’s that easy.

Ready to get started? Your app administrator can grant or disable this option for each Task Definition individually. Learn more about activating this new feature within FORM:
