Online Portal UX Improvements

We’re continuing to improve the Online Portal experience, making it easier for teams to work efficiently and find the information they need. This release focuses on flexibility, customization, and clarity when managing forms and tasks.

Resizable left menu

We’ve made it easier to navigate your forms and task definitions. You can now resize the left-hand menu to see full names without truncation — simply drag the pane’s edge until everything is visible. This gives you more control over how you view information and reduces time spent searching.

 

Adjustable task tables

When working in table view, you can now adjust the width of task table columns to display complete task attributes. Just hover over a column border and drag to the size you prefer. This makes it easier to review detailed information, compare data, and organize your work the way you like it.

Hide empty task definitions

With this release, you now have the option to switch between two views:
  • All task definitions – see the complete list, including those with no open tasks.
  • Non-empty task definitions – hide unused items and focus only on what’s active.
This flexibility ensures you can adapt the Portal to your workflow — whether you want the full picture for planning purposes, or a streamlined view for execution.

Together, these updates help reduce clutter, increase visibility, and make everyday use of the Online Portal smoother and more intuitive.
