This spring, FORM OpX introduces powerful updates designed to help Admins manage data more efficiently, simplify integrations, and deliver lightning-fast performance across web and mobile.

New ‘Text’ Format for Contact Managers and Data Models

Admins can now define a new “Text” format when creating fields in Contact Managers and Data Models, supporting entries up to 10,000 characters.

This enhancement makes it easier to store long-form notes or detailed descriptions directly within your data structures—while maintaining data accuracy and structure.
Note: Text fields are intended for informational storage and can’t be used as unique keys, filters, or search fields.

Include RBR (Report by Respondent) Links in Plugins

Admins can now pass an entire individual response as an RBR link through plugins—enabling seamless data flow into Contact Managers, Data Models, or Workflows.

Instead of using complex workarounds, you can easily include the RBR link in your automation setup, improving both reliability and performance.

  • Simplified setup without scripts or APIs
  • Faster and more stable form performance
  • Easy way to update CM/DMs or send RBRs to follow-up forms

Supported by:

  • Create / Update Contact or Custom Data Object
  • Workflow, Task Workflow, and Logical Workflow plugins

Available Tags:

Use these tags anywhere piping functionality is supported to define how the RBR link should be passed:

  • {R} — passes the full Report by Respondent link
  • {RnoNav} — passes the RBR link without navigation
  • {RNoHidden} — passes the RBR link excluding hidden questions
  • {RPDF} — passes the RBR link as a downloadable PDF

Dashboard Search

  • Task pagination improvements deliver a 2× boost
  • Dashboard API optimization provides a 3× faster load time

Mobile Apps:

  • Reduced sync time by limiting task load to the most recent 500 tasks
  • Android sync now 2× faster thanks to multithreaded resource downloading
