FORM Names Josh Mitchell as Chief Customer Officer
Quincy, MA, June 2, 2025 – We’re thrilled to announce the promotion of Josh Mitchell to Chief Customer Officer at FORM.
Josh’s journey with FORM spans more than a decade, marking 11 years this June, and his deep knowledge, steadfast leadership, and unwavering commitment to our customers have been integral to FORM’s evolution and success.
Josh began his career at GoSpotCheck as a one-person Software Support team, wearing every hat imaginable to serve our early customer base. Just five months in, he transitioned into Customer Success, where he helped support some of FORM’s most significant early adopters of image recognition technology, including Diageo, Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, and Beam. From there, Josh’s path took him through a series of leadership roles, each reflecting his growing impact and expertise:
- Senior Customer Success Manager
- Customer Success Team Lead
- Director of Delivery and Activation, leading what would become our Professional Services function
- Director of Professional Services
- Vice President of Professional Services
- Interim VP of Customer Success, where he seamlessly led both Professional Services and Customer Success
Now, as Chief Customer Officer, Josh will oversee all of FORM’s customer operations and relationships, including Sales Engineering, Software Support, Customer Success, and Professional Services.
Josh’s promotion marks a new chapter in FORM’s customer-first mission. “We have fantastic team members across the board and an inspiring group of leaders for all of these teams. I’m most looking forward to building upon the many successes we’ve seen in Customer Operations these past several years,” says Mitchell. “It’s a privilege to lead a team so deeply committed to driving real, measurable impact for our customers. Our collective expertise across product knowledge, customer engagement, and solution delivery enables us to help our customers achieve their goals more effectively and efficiently.”
