Starting June 2026, FORM OpX will no longer support iOS 16. To ensure your users receive the best experience, please ask your teams to check their devices’ operating systems and upgrade to a supported version if necessary. This will help everyone continue receiving feature updates and make the most of the FORM OpX mobile app.

If users continue to use iOS 16, they will lose the ability to update the OpX app to the latest version. Only users operating on the latest iOS version will be able to download, install, and update the app on their device. *The last compatible FORM app version was 2.35. The 2.36 version appears in June 2026.
