Meet the New FORM Head of Partnerships & Alliances, Matt Holland

Mobile field execution platform FORM recently announced that it was bringing on Matt Holland as Vice President and Head of Partnerships and Alliances. Holland will launch a new global partnership program designed to expand reach and strategic collaboration.

Matt Holland joins FORM with an impressive history, previously serving as Senior Vice President of Client Business Partnerships at Nielsen, and Vice President of Strategic Alliances at Trax Retail. Here, he introduced the Trax-Nielsen Shelf Intelligence Suite—the first partnership of its kind in the industry. Holland aims to grow similar success with the partnership program at FORM

FORM’s initial offering includes a strategic partnership program with a shared go-to-market and revenue model and an ecosystem program with strategic hardware and software solutions. He is inspired by the unique solutions and excellent service offered by FORM, saying, “FORM is the only company with a complete solution designed for frontline teams. In 2022, we will help global organizations solve their biggest business challenges and make digital transformation for frontline teams successful.”

To get more insight into Holland’s new role at FORM and his vision for the partnership program, CMO Heather Larrabee sat down with him to ask a few questions.

The entire FORM team is eager about Holland’s arrival at the company. His extensive experience in retail and CPG aligns with the organization’s overall goals for growth and development in 2022. “Matt’s industry expertise uniting data and technology to deliver a perfect store for global brands ensures he will deliver what our customers need in a partner program,”  CEO Ali Moosani shared. “He is stellar at identifying value-added technology and services for our customers to complement our platform for field execution and increase their ROI. The fantastic inroads he’s building for our solutions will deliver business impact for our customers.”

Matt Holland joined FORM during a landmark year—the company acquired and merged four of the top companies for mobile task management and field execution software to create the world’s first Digital Assistant for the Frontline. With his expertise combined with several other notable new team members, FORM is set up for extensive success and connection in 2022 and beyond.
