Application Specialist (UA)

We are looking for a new team member who will be responsible for configuring and customizing the solution to improve existing customer processes through digitalization of existing forms and workflow. Application Specialist is responsible to provide solution configuration services for clients looking to deploy forms on the KeySurvey/Form.com platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Configuring form build solutions
  • Participating in regular status calls and meetings with clients and internal staff
  • Building configurations for workflow and data mapping
  • Keeping the PjM up to date on configuration progress and any issues that arise that could stall the implementation
  • Assisting in pre-go-live user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts and responding quickly to issues that arise
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation related to form configuration
  • Collaborating with internal teams

 

Required Experience/Skills

  • 1+ years’ experience in a customer facing role within software
  • Knowledge of web-based technologies and experience working with HTML, XML and CSS
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience working with JIRA to manage development projects, tickets, and tasks
  • Experience with technical product support and troubleshooting
  • Experience delivering software training using online training tools
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple, complex projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work effectively remotely and with a geographically dispersed team
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills required
  • Time management and self-motivation skills
  • Customer focused with a real passion for providing excellent customer service
