Account Manager (UK)

Job Description is looking for a French-speaking Account Manager to become a part of our sales team. 

Responsibilities and Duties 

  • Responsible for managing existing accounts 
  • Ensure the highest possible renewal rate of those accounts 
  • Develop existing account by promoting new company products whenever possible and making recommendations on new product offers as requested and validated from the customer (additional business)
  • Prepare, schedule and deliver online demonstrations or in rare circumstances face to face meetings with a large organisation 
  • Proactively price, negotiate and close contracts with direct customers 
  • Manage your pipeline forecast 
  • Work with Sales Engineering, Design, Support, Project Management and other teams to build the proof of concept solutions as part of the pre-sale activities or for demonstration purposes 
  • Ensure that all customers continue to be satisfied with a high standard of customer service
  • Develop and maintain familiarity with’s suite of product and services 
  • Ensure that customer’s requirements, expectations and complaints are properly communicated to the appropriate's teams and follow-up on their satisfactory resolution
  • Adhere to’s policies and standards 
  • Achieve annual team budget, sales targets and individual KPI’s
  • Schedule appropriate follow-up tasks 

Qualifications and Skills 

  • Fluent or native French speaker
  • Minimum 0,5 of a year of experience in sales - software/technical background preferred
  • Experience in account management preferred
  • Happy to be challenged
  • A team player must be able to work hand-in-hand with other departments (Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product Management…)
  • Capacity to take initiatives and work autonomously
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to build successful relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Well-organized and excellent time management skills
  • Ability to fit and work within a small team
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills
  • Assertive and persuasive telephone manner
